Prior to our last window cleaning we would have given a 5 star review however the last job ended up with one worker breaking parts off of two double windows which rendered the windows inoperable. Our $200 became a $3000 job because we had to order 2 sets of new windows since the parts are no longer available. I did call the office and let the woman answering the phone know what happened (when it happened) however she never told the company’s owner. When I called him later during the new window installation, he was unaware of the problems caused by his employee and would not help with the cost but he said he would give us the next cleaning for free. There is no way we would have his company do any work again for us. He met with the window men installing the windows and was informed of what happened, but didn’t offer to help with fixing the issue. I didn’t hire this company to cause more work, inconvenience and costs; I hired them to help us.

They came on time and did my gutters and windows! They did a fantastic job, i did not realize how much brighter the house could be with clean windows. Highly recommend! Three years later I used Schatz Window cleaning again. Canaan and his team came out and did a wonderful job! The gutters were hard to do and they had to take the gutter guards off and it was no easy job! I now have new windows and after they finished they looked like the day they were put in! Extremely pleased with the job that Canaan and his crew did!

I decided to use Schatz Window Cleaning at the recommendation of Absolute Carpet and Tile Reatoration. These guys were simply amazing! They arrived on time. They were dressed professionally. They were polite and friendly. But most importantly, they made my windows shine like I have never seen before. We have old windows that have many panes of glass that had to be cleaned individually, and they didn’t miss a single spot. I strongly recommend these guys. To clean your windows. I know I will be using them again.

The window washers that came were beyond courteous and professional. They worked for hours and did a spectacular job removing our storm windows and cleaning outside and inside of every window. My house looks amazing and I am going to use this service again.

I wish every business was run as efficiently and operated as smoothly as Schatz. Customer service was second to none, and my windows have literally never looked better. I don’t know where you guys hide the magic window cleaning wand, but WOW! Looks like you guys simply removed the window panes!! Thanks for a great experience. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an unbelievable window cleaning, all done at an unbelievable price! Thanks guys! Bravo.
