The worker they have cleaning the Speedway offices is amazing. He is corgal. He is very thorough and his job.

This is the most pathetic company to work for considering they do not know how to treat employees that go above and beyond for them. My wife was previously employed through CSI in Ashland ohio at mcgraw hill on George rd. She worked there for 4 years in the 4 yrs that she was employed she got treated poorly not only by Leticia her supervisor through csi but by multiple people at mcgraw hill since she was employed as a housekeeper through a 3 party contractor. First off we are foster parents getting ready to adopt our oldest daughter it’s pretty sad that one particular person at mcgraw hill knew our daughters biological family so repeatedly complained about my wife and it got to the point where if my wife cleaned the bathroom the same lady would go in there and muck it up than go straight to the plant manager eric and complain. Which led to leticia always trying to change my wife’s schedule. First it was 9am to 5pm than it was 430am to 1pm than it was 6am to 3pm than back to 430am to 1pm and recently the last straw was changing it to 8am to 5pm but wednesdays she was expected to still do the 430am to 1pm… all of these changes were made without notice. Dont care how you run your company but I’ve been a manager for over 10 plus years and you dont just change someone’s schedule without notice ohio state law states a 30 day notice. My wife never once called off in the 4yrs she worked there. In Fact when the onsite manager told leticia changing the schedule wouldn’t work bc they would still find something to complain about bc it had nothing to do with work related issues the issue was were adopting a child and someone works there that knows the childs bio family. Bottom line is your company wonders why you have so much turnover for housekeepers at mcgrawhill in ashland ohio its bc the plant manager eric doesnt know how to run a business and he let’s other people bully and harass other coworkers bc in his eyes they are a 3rd party contractor and he doesnt care to treat them with respect. Than you have a manager like leticia when asking for guidance on the situation the only solution she has is to change a schedule, and than looks at my wife and says other than that I dont know what to tell you… Yeah sounds like you’re a great leader obviously you dont know how to be a manger and shouldn’t be one. Thanks for allowing harassment in the work place!!!! This wont be the last that you hear of this.

I use to work for this company. Its a great job and they know how to make clients happy at all office locations

They are very friendly staff and help you to find a job in your area right away.not far away from where you live:)
