Kevin was my initial estimate guy and he was great, super professional and informative. Mason was the technician that did my cleaning and he was also super polite and professional. Both guys informed me of their ETA and were both on time. I look forward to working with Coit in the future.

I’m a bit uncertain of whom the technician was, as it’s been a few months back, but I’d have to admit, I was a bit disappointed in the quality of cleaning to my carpets. Reason being: I’ve always understood Coit to be one of the best mobile cleaning services and had heard countless good reports about their service and cleaning reports. Unfortunately, the service I received, just didn’t seem to match up to the high expectations I had for them. In short, the technician appeared to perform a rush job, as in one vacuuming a carpet and when it came to a stubborn stain, he didn’t tend to take the time with finding a solution, but rather provided an excuse or reason. After he had left and the carpet had dried, I chose to address the stains that were mildly addressed, getting them out with a solution of OxyClean or hydrogen peroxide. So I ‘AM’ a bit disappointed with Coit’s service and believe I’d have to consider another competitor next time.

Nate did a fantastic job. Even out fake leather furniture looks new again. I didn’t think it was possible to get out stone porch floor clean, but he did. Super happy with the results.
