I have been a customer of Green Clean Ohio for the past 5 years and I must say, they are by far the best janitorial company to work with. I had an issue with my previous company where they failed to send personnel each night or their people were not cleaning properly. This has not been the case with Green Clean Ohio. Thank you guys.

I have no idea what these other reviews are talking about. They have to be fake. I made an appointment for commercial cleaning on their website a week in advance. Got email confirmation and everything. When no one called and it was the day before I called them. A woman answered the phone who could not speak English. I just simply asked for her manager to call me and I had an appointment for them to clean my business the next day. No return call. I went to business for appointment anyway. No one showed up for appointment. So much wasted time.

I have tried to reach them to schedule for cleaning for a few weeks now. Tried online, and calling multiple times. Left multiple messages and no return call. Terrible, terrible customer service.
