The JAN-PRO cleaning company is awful! They do not clean what is needing to be cleaned and often will leave trash not taken out. There is literally black mold in the employee restroom. Last night at the company I work for they just decided to “not show up at all”. If there was a way to give this company a ZERO – I would. Do not waste your money, you could hire your mother-in-law and she would definitely do a better job! 🙁

Too bad I can’t give zero stars. The bathrooms in the building that they clean are biohazards. I’d fire everyone involved.

If anyone has something bad to say about this company it’s because they have a poor work ethic or lack common sense. Everything is throughly explained during your 5 module training, instead of throwing the franchisee to the wolves Janpro gives you mock training in a facility with experienced owners. Terrell is a straight forward guy him and his wife know what there talking about. It’s sad that the guy who ranked them one star did so w/o giving a reason why he felt Janpro was a poor fit.
