I scheduled this company for a cleaning. I was a little suspicious that when I called the phone number the woman who answered used a different company name. When I questioned her, she said they were S&R Cleaners in Setauket. She gave me a price and I booked the service. Later that night I got a text from a strange number confirming my appointment, but the price was over $100 more than I was quoted. So the next day I called to confirm the price, the woman again seemed like she did not work for the company, but would have the technician call me. When he called he was rude and argumentative with me, I then requested to cancel the appointment because something didn’t seem right. The man then called my cell phone and office phone a total of 10 times harassing me, and yelling at me. I asked him not to call my office phone as he was tying up a business line. After we hung up he continued to call and harass my co-workers. I would be very careful with this company.

S & R Cleaners did an industrial clean on my carpet and rug, the heavy staining and traffic areas look like a totally different carpet now. The results are amazing. Thanks.

Great service and a job well done! The owner really tried to accommodate my schedule and was prompt to return my call. the technician was friendly, professional and courteous. He called ahead to let me know his estimated arrival time and made sure that I was satisfied with the job at the end.

Had an excellent experience with S & R Cleaners from start to finish. They scheduled us quickly. The techs were prompt, courteous, and punctual too. They did a thorough job cleaning the sofa, charged a very reasonable price. Great service, and will be using them again in the future.
