Thank you to Emerald, who sent out two crews to knock out our job in 3 days. Our project was a challenging one that they gladly accepted and knocked it out of the park. It all started with Paul, helping us through the process and spec’ing the right product and materials, with Juan scheduling to help us out with doors falling apart, and the crew of Tim, Gil, Corey, and Marc. They took the time to install everything right, fix rotted wood, and left things in a better condition for 3 doors and one tiny window! Would happily recommend them to others!

We had Emerald Windows replace two of our worse windows in 2020 and when it came time to replace the remaining 10 windows we did not hesitate to use them again; we also had the company install new shutters on the front of our home. Our salesperson again was Eric Danner who worked diligently to complete our estimate and drawings before he left for the birth of his first child. Our order was placed in June 2022 and installed in September. The entire process went without a hitch. We can’t say enough about the installers Raul, Ameon and Kyle; they were polite, courteous and took care of your home and possessions. When they were on the job, they worked, there was no chit chat or slacking off; it was a pleasure to have these gentlemen in our home. We needed someone to come back to remove some silicon left on the glass during manufacturing, Emerald quickly responded and sent two workers to clean the windows. We would not hesitate to recommend Emerald Windows.

We had 5 windows replaced. Our experience was seamless from start to finish! We initially met with Todd to develop an estimate. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We are very pleased with the window quality, and ease of operation. Ed and Bob spent just two days on the install. They were skilled, personable, and left us with care instructions and operational understanding. All three of these professionals were awesome!

Amazing experience from start to finish, best contractor I’ve dealt with. Ed and Bob came out and finish my windows replacement in a day when it was quote for 2 days. Excellent quality workmanship and very happy with the end results. Will be using them for all future window jobs.
