Great experience with Theresa and Don’s windows. Prompt and communicative with the quotes. Communicated well when there was a delay in install. And the install was pro.

My family and I (father was a builder back in the 80s/90s) have been using Don’s for decades now. In 2016 they replaced my 20 year old 8′ and 12′ sliders with new ones – and when one start getting condensation inside of it last year, replaced that pane under warranty very promptly. Fast forward to 2023 and I’m having an addition built with another 12′ slider and 8 other windows. I once again chose Don’s for the job and the new vinyl windows are beautiful (single hung and casement types). There was an issue with the new slider adjustment / running in the track properly after it was installed – and as I’m typing this the service tech that Bernice sent out to me is working to correct the issue. I can rest easy knowing that they will make it right for me! And who doesn’t love Theresa and her wonderful stories!

Terrible company to buy products from. I had eleven widows installed by a local professional glass shop, all from Don’s Windows and Doors. Four of the windows began leaking immediately into my newly remodeled home. I wanted the four windows replaced but Don’s Windows and Doors instead sent over a worker to put silicone on the outside of the glass. The windows were manufactured poorly by Don’s Windows and Doors and are substandard. My installer was Hernandez Glass shop in Gallup, NM. Consumer beware……shop elsewhere. David Baca Jr.

If I could give them zero I would We called Dons windows and doors for an estimate for a 16 window replacement. We wanted to go local and we were sure we wanted to go with Don’s but they never called us back! I thought that was very unprofessional of them, not to mention the woman on the phone was unprofessional. We decided to go with another LOCAL glass co. (Glass Rite. )They did a beautiful job! I could not be more pleased. Thank you so much Don’s for NOT calling us back because we cannot be more happier with the company we went with. They were professional, kind, courteous and did excellent quality job in one day. PS they spoke with us immediately. We did not have wait for a call back. In response to your comments, How dare you say “I must have called another company.” Are you flat-out calling me a liar!?Nice try on the gas lighting but I’m not a child I’m a grown woman. I also have more than one phone. I called, The woman said someone would call us back, no one ever did. My husband also called and was told the same thing. No one ever called us back. Quite frankly nobody cares at this point, our windows were done by another company. Admit your mistakes. It happens but for you to strike back at me like this is very unprofessional. Case in point 👍

Great experience with Don’s Windows. They were prompt both for the quote and installation, everyone was very nice, they left the place very clean, and the windows look great. I’m happy to have replaced the old wood windows with new vinyl ones that are argon filled at altitude to maintain their energy efficiency. We have plans to replace our remaining old window with a door type that they don’t make, but we plan to get a tall window put next to it and we will go with Don’s again. The only small oops that happened was our bathroom glass should have been clear, not frosted (since we are in the woods and no one lives behind us). They had that corrected within an hour of the initial installers leaving, so not a problem at all. Very pleased with the responsiveness to that one tiny issue. Happy customer here.

Beware of ⁹ owner of Don’s Windows and doors. Theresa is a very desperate unprofessional low down money hungry business owner. She gives you a paper to sign that she claims it’s a contact. Please make sure you’re aware of a contract and an invoice to complete a job. Theresa has no compassion or consideration for her customers. She requests $850. 00 down payment on a 2900.00 install of standard size patio doors. Theresa will shout at you and tell you get the he’ll out of her office. Before that, Theresa stated she was not returning any money. ” I don’t care about your circumstances.” She gets out of it by saying they are custom doors because of the size, but there is nothing custom about them. They are made here, and they are the same size as Lowes or homedepot doors . It’s best you deal with a company that values the customer. This is ridiculous and just warning everyone what kind of business Theresa runs at Dons windows and doors.

Don’s is great about replacing windows with a cracked seal. Actually this is the 2nd time the same window had to be replaced However, the young man that replaced our window broke the frame replacing the glass. He did not clean the window, had to be asked to clean up the caulking on the outside and he left without saying goodbye or anything.
