Screens and windows take a beating at the shore! So happy to finally have them all repaired! Mike and Buddy replaced casement operators on 6 windows and 2 sets of hinges, now all my windows can be opened! They replaced double pane glass in one window that had a leak which created condensation and a huge stain on the old glass. Looks great! I also had new screen pins installed on 8 screens. I regret that I didn’t have this work done sooner! This small company is top notch with their skills and customer service which is so hard to find these days! Highly recommend!

“O stars”Went there for door screen and replace wheels . I specifically told the guy wheels were very important he charged me extra for wheels . week later they gave me a rescreened without wheels because they weren’t able to repair and didn’t refund the wheel replacement money. Nasty customer service guy just told me to pay because it wasn’t explained in the paper . I just paid and went to homedepot installed wheels for 4 dollar problem solved ..

I called a week prior for a price quote, no return call. I called a second time to a very confused man who didn’t give me a price quote or even send someone to look at my condo in order to get a price quote and said they would get back to me after I answered a barrage of question. They never called me back, so I called them back the next day to be informed that someone should have in fact called me…. they then informed me they couldn’t even do the job in the first place. They could only order me the windows to be put in, which does me no good. So not only did I not even get the service I was promised, they dragged it out for a week only to inform me they couldn’t do it, all while I’m missing an entire window and explicitly asked them to get back to me in a timely manor, no would have been an okay answer had they told me when I originally explained my situation. The lack of professionalism was astounding, stay far away.

This place is the best. Excellent work and service. The very nicest people. Honest, reliable and certainly the best value for your money. You can always spend less money but you don’t get a better product or more valve

landscapers broke two sliding doors in the development I live in. Management contracts out to this company to replace them. I get a call that the first sliding door is in and to make an appointment. Miscommunication happened and mixed up the date for install; which I understand happens. Call to attempt to reschedule and was greeted by the installer who left a VM while I was at work – It was pretty obvious he was annoyed and I was denied rescheduling the install “until we figure out who is paying for the second window and when the second window comes in.”. I come home work and find this attached on my door. I call to speak with the owners who did not seem to care about this experience with no overt apology or attempt to make this right (again, I understand things have been tough because of COVID, but this is poor customer service). It’s been a month since this incident and have not have any comms for updates. Beyond frustrated especially since I have never dealt with this company as a customer and interactions have been subpar.
