I would like to thank Gwynn and Empire Supply for an outstanding quality of my order and professional service!! Gwynn was very deliberate in taking order explaining how to measure my windows. I didn’t have to replace the whole window instead I ordered the double sided glass with grids and fit perfectly. The order was ready within a week!! I have had such a good experience with Empire Supply Co that I am back for a second round of window replacements and storm windows. I worked with Gwynn and Scott last year to replace a small set of critical windows in the basement that were drafty and broken and a set of storm windows over the original historic windows in my child’s room. The whole process was smooth between the survey, the bid, and the replacement I really didn’t have to worry about a thing. And now that I have the new windows and storms the difference is amazing. There are no longer drafts and the noise from outside is practically nonexistent. So as I said, I’m back for round two, because I want the same benefits on the windows in my bedroom as well. I would highly recommend Empire Supply Co for an easy, friendly, and just generally great customer experience.

Empire is the best! My wife and I bought a new home with the original windows from long ago. Not wanting to replace all of those original windows and frames to keep the original architecture of the home, Empire Windows helped us with storm windows and a storm door. Very friendly and personable service, amazing price, complete knowledge of the product that they make themselves (custom orders) in MO, and great follow up. The storm windows look as if they have been on the house forever. The product is sound, strong, and gives immediate positive impact on our home. We’re thrilled, and as of this post, they’ve only been on the home for 1 day. We’re so excited about this update on our home! Thank you, Empire!

I wish that I could give empire more than 5 stars! Gwynn has been my saving grace on two separate egress window projects now. I called every single window supplier, manufacturer, and installer I could find in the Saint Louis area and none of them came close to Empire’s price and timeframe. One set of windows I ordered in the middle of the pandemic and was told 5 weeks and they came in 3. I ordered another set of casement windows for egress 3 weeks ago and was told they would take 6 weeks, I picked them up today. Under promise and over deliver seems to be the motto here. After 5 different bids, all of which had expectations of being 3-5 months out for completion of our work Empire came in nearly 20% less expensive and all of the windows were installed within 6 weeks! I do not usually write reviews, but this was above and beyond in my book.
