Truck driver attempting deliveries have to transit a road clearly posted “no truck traffic” in order to get to the warehouse. Their identified receiving dock door is NOT the receiving dock door. Drivers must proceed to the will call door and hope one of the youngsters working the dock takes time out of their own work to assist the driver. Complete lack of professionalism from a delivery truck drivers perspective.

Great windows and great people! Both as a contractor and lumber yard, I have been working with ThermoTech for many years. Rarely do we have any issues with these windows, but when we do ThermoTech is always prompt to help fix. I even installed ThermoTech Windows in my personal home several years ago when I decided to build.

Our contractor replaced some of our windows after a big hail storm last summer. We did not get a choice, the contractor told us they would be exactly what we had, what we received were windows that were so Cheap, but of course the contractor upped the price big time. The windows are worthless, if the temperature gets below 32 degrees, we get really bad condensation and ice on the inside of the windows even though our inside humidity is under 30%. We will not order any more windows from them, plus the fact our contractor told us straight out they would absolutely not do any more work for us. Bad news all around.

We replaced all of our windows (32) over 10 years ago. Had we realized that the seals of the windows would be continuously failing we would have gone with another manufacturer. The lifetime glass warranty is wonderful. But they don’t cover the labor costs. This is getting expensive… We have already replaced about 10 windows in the last 4 years and have another 7 that have failed this spring. Junk!!!

I put these in all of my houses. Make sure you spray foam around the windows, im sure the complaints in these reviews are from poor installation. Ive installed hundreds of these with no issue

We received excellent service by Everett and Draedyn when they replaced windows at our cabin. Not only did they perform their jobs efficiently and correctly, they were incredibly polite and courteous, just a pleasure to have around. The phone service reps who coordinated the replacement order also were also great to deal with. Thank you Thermo-Tech!
