Cody did an amazing install given an old building and unusual dimensions. He was prompt, courteous, tenacious and professional. I will use Dover again based on his work. Update: Another project was done for me on July 8, 2024. Because of a series of events which shortened the installers’ work day (no fault of theirs), several things need to be tweaked to make the doors perfect. I have been advised that these will be corrected. Until then, I would rather not comment further.

Cable came off our garage door, 1st company we called couldn’t get someone out for 2 days. We then called Dover and they immediately sent us to scheduling who had someone out the same day. Steve showed up and saved us money by being honest and just had to reattached the cable since it wasn’t broken. Very quick service and awesome customer service. We will be utilizing Dover again in the future!

I called in a panic because a spring broke and Dover Door sent out Steve to evaluate and repair my unusable garage door. He had my needed springs on hand, then added a top door panel strengthening bar too. He had the door working better than before. I appreciate the quick response from Steve and Dover Door here in Saginaw. Your my go to company now!

I awoke to find a spring to my very heavy garage door had snapped, leaving my car trapped inside. I called multiple services before finding Dover. Steve from Dover, came right away and saved the day. He was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend this company, especially Steve for any garage work you might need done. Side note… I had replaced this exact broken spring the previous year with a different company, ( who shall remain nameless) Steve informed me it was not the right size, nor a match to other side. Lesson learned, just call Dover.
