WindoGroup was fantastic! Three other contractors told me I needed to fix my gutter and replace my awning because it was deteriorating. However, WindoGroup took a closer look and found a different issue. The gutter was drooping over the awning due to broken gutter nails, not deteriorating soffit and fascia boards. They replaced the gutter nails, saving me hundreds of dollars!

This was our first encounter with WindoGroup. Every member of the staff with whom we interacted was professional and personable and provided me with exceptional communication. They were very accommodating when we needed to reschedule the installation of our double-hung windows because of an unexpected schedule conflict with the original date. Is there anybody who doesn’t want a reliable company for a crucial project such as window installation? Of course not! So, I picked only the best. And my choice proved to BE the best. WindoGroup impressed me with their expertise in window installation. They handled every step with professionalism. Their consultant patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the process, from inspection to installation. Their finance options made the project feasible for me. Once approved, the job was scheduled promptly. The staff arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. I loved the timely manner in which they finished the job. I told them to finish, if possible, before 3pm, and they wrapped everything up half an hour before three! Also, the quality of the products they used is amazing. The WindoGroup’s installation team arrived on time and prepared everything they needed quickly. They were very pleasant, accommodating and professional. They did an excellent job of installing our French door. They even thoroughly explained the whole process of the installation and answered all the inquiries we had. The staff of WindoGroup communicated well and was quite professional. It was a fast installation. The installation of our double-hung windows took only three hours and they informed me they would be there if we had any problems in the future. The installer’s craftmanship and workmanship are highly commendable to me. I love how easy the communication process with them was.
