Customer service SUCKS!!! I waited for about a month just for someone to let me know if I could get someone out to replace my window pane and a couple screens. And I called and called and they where going to have someone reach out to me. Still never heard anything. When I called the last time I simply said “your waisting my time, with saying the same thing over and over”. All I needed was someone to let me know something. At this point all I had was an estimate. Well apparently they just hang up on their customers. Bad way to do business. I guarantee they was wanting to know something when that power was out though. I do not recommend them at all.

Mr Greg and his employees at NRG Window and Screen are amazing. I love using there services because they are friendly and trustworthy. What I love the most is they are customer oriented. Mr. Greg goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I have used him for screen replacement, window replacement and window repairs for myself and I have recommended him to friends and family. I am never disappointed with his work or prices. These people take forever to get your product back to you. They do great work but be prepared to wait. I would find someone else to deal with.

NRG is our Go-To window company. Greg is very dependable, and always has what we need. Even our custom glass orders, he has them made in a short turn around time. He even has installers when we aren’t able to install ourselves. One of the best Window & Screen companies in Houma.
