We went there and requested to have some of our windows replaced . Next day their sales person came to our home with a measuring tape only , with no window samples and not even pen and paper to take note of the measurements.He promised to send the quote to us next day. It has been more than a week but we have not heard from him . We have called his business cell phone and also Legendary door/window office and left messages for sales person through their receptionist but not heard back yet. I think he did not want to deal with us!!!!! We still do not know the reason. Do you ?!?!

I contacted them to inquire about a quote for two windows and one slider, only to be dismissed with the explanation that my order wasn’t significant enough for them to pay attention to. It seems clear that their priority lies solely in monetary gain rather than prioritizing customer satisfaction.

It pains me to write this review but I feel it’s necessary after what my father went through… We chose Legendary Doors and Windows due to a referral from a designer friend. Sadly, the old manager she recommended is no longer there, and I had a bad experience that went on for two years. First of all, our Jeld-Wen windows were improperly measured by Scott- and we worked out a deal that he would cover the cost of window trim to disguise the gap caused by the mismeasurement. Our screen order was delayed. When they finally arrived Scott informed us that the screens did not fit and that he would reorder. Despite my mom calling multiple times to Scott begging to get the correct screens in the middle of summer- my dad is elderly, in his 80s, has severe health problems, and allergies so we could not open the windows to air out the dust- Scott just assured her saying the order would come, it as on its way. My poor dad his caregivers were miserable all summer. My mother finally got involved because she was sick of the excuses. She called Jeff-Wen, and found out Scott lied and never placed the order. JeldWen was so horrified, they said they would deal with it- and in 30 days our screens were installed by Jeld-Wen, no thanks to Legendary’s incompetence and dishonesty. I really wish I could recommend this place because they did have a competitive price- but dealing with dishonest used car salesmen tactics while my poor dad suffered with an incomplete order (he paid upwards of $70K) was just inexcusable. This place cares about collecting your money, and then you cannot get a hold of them. I highly recommend if you use them to withhold payment until the job is complete.

After installation Scott and Jason have been unresponsive to come fix the damage and issues with the windows. We had an appointment set with Scott and he didn’t show up or call. Have been calling for months with no response back.

They installed about 20 windows last year. I’m really happy about the result. So clean and fast installation. They are also very responsive and provide good support after installation.

If you want leaky windows, poor installation, and condescending employees, choose them. Otherwise avoid them. (Reply) I’m not surprised you don’t remember me as you abandoned me as a customer and left me with leaking windows and no support but I remember how condescending and arrogant you are. I sincerely regretted falling for the good reviews and having used your service. I had to pay another contractor to fix your shoddy installation work. I’m simply trying to inform others of my actual experience so they don’t have to go through the same ordeal I did. As you seem to be the type to want to punish customers for posting honest reviews: this review is protected by the 1st amendment to the Constitution, the California Constitution Article I, sec 2(a) and the Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA)

11/8: The communication and responsiveness with Legendary D&W has been great leading up to this point. That said we are still waiting for the windows to be delivered and installed. I will then update my review regarding installation scheduling, quality of the install, and overall experience. So far I have been very happy going with Legendary.
