After interviewing four window companies for our large scale replacement window project we were very confident that Eugene and Pacific Windows was the right company for us. Eugene was both knowledgeable and very honest with us regarding window choices, what we might expect with the installation, as well as pricing. We could not be happier with our choice in both windows and Eugene’s company. From start to finish he and his staff were communicative and helpful and the finish product looks (and feels, by way of temperature in the room) amazing. We would not hesitate to call the again for future jobs, nor hesitate to recommend them to others.

Pacific Windows truly earns this 5-star rating! Eugene K. is a joy to work with, a very knowledgeable person about all aspects of product and installation. Our project entailed replacing an old aluminum storm door for our front porch with a beautiful, stout entry door (no more wet); replacing very large piece of glass that served as a window on porch with casement window, upgraded screen; replacing 1941 second-floor windows with attractive casement windows, upgraded screen (cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter); and replacing 1941 hopper windows in basement with stunning awning windows. The rotted wood porch floor was removed and instead we now have a lovely porcelain tile floor. Porch completely weather-resistant! My husband and I are simply thrilled with the outcome of all these upgrades and we receive many compliments. In addition, Eugene’s crew are talented people who know what they are doing and reliable, gentlemen all. Thank you, Pacific Windows, for a job so very well done!

Before you go to a big box store to purchase windows, you owe it to yourself to check this company out. They are fantastic people, very personable, and help you out with all your needs and questions.

Pacific Windows LLC Replaced 10 windows & 2 glass window pains in a sliding glass door. Eugene & Jason are very professional and courteous, they patiently worked with me, explained the option’s available to me, for the product I wanted. I did not get the same treatment from 3 other prominent window companies. The 2 Pacific window technical installers were the best. Impressively hard working and courteous. Their attention to fix and repair detail work was Impeccable. Carl P

Our experience with Pacific Windows LLC was 10/10. Eugene was very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient with us. We felt like Eugene really took the time to understand what we wanted and provided us with multiple options that could fit our budget/wants. During installation, the team was very professional, courteous, and clean. We had a special project changing 1/2 and 1/4 round windows to squared off windows. Two of the larger companies in the area would not do the construction portion of the project. In came Pacific Windows. They agreed to do the construction during the install process. We had 16 windows and the rear slider completed with Milgard Windows. Nick was the crew leader and was fantastic. He was timely, communicative, professional, and very neat and clean, willing to go above and beyond. They were also able to do the same type of financing as the bigger companies, zero payments and interest for 12 months. We are very happy that we chose to go with Pacific Windows!!! Thank you for the amazing work!!

After several awful experiences with pushy estimators and one well-known area company who gave us a bid only to say they didn’t want the job we were ecstatic to find Pacific Windows. From start to finish they were incredible… patient, kind, thorough and efficient from the consultation with Eugene to the installation crew. We liked that they work with multiple manufacturers so you can choose the type of window that will work best for you and the estimate was broken down with each company and window so it was easy to see the options and the price was very reasonable!! We went with Milgard Tuscany and couldn’t be more pleased. We had a total of 12 windows including 2 with custom grids as well as a sliding door and they installed all beautifully with all new trim and sill covers. We unequivocally highly recommend Pacific Windows for any and all your window needs!
