Windows are not an area of my expertise. Bob is a perfect example of why we should use small, independent, local providers for their expertise whenever possible. It seems with windows, the larger company you go with, the larger (and more costly) their solution. All will get you to the final place of having new windows, but the traditional local window vendors are very costly with fewer options. The big national guys have only a single option that forces you into a huge and outrageously expensive project. Finding a knowledgeable independent like Bob gets you access to the best, most efficient solution for each application. His cost-effective solutions, creativity and industry access allowed us to solve an additional window ventilation problem in a sunroom that literally no one else (not even the manufacturer of the sunroom) had been able to solve for years. Bob’s installers are incredibly professional, thoughtful, do impeccable work, and leave the work site cleaner than when they started. We will absolutely use Shamrock for all our future window needs.

Met Bob, did quote, no heavy sales, polite and listened, his bid was fair (certainly compared to bigger outfits), installed 19 windows in 1915 home, combination of fiberglass and vinyl Milguard wich are truly awesome and have an easy system to replace broken glass and all Bob’s suggestions were spot on, other qoutes by high sales companies / hyped systems were silly, Bob gave honest opinions, workers respectful, he is clearly a seasoned professional running his own business that reflects his own reputation and a no nonsense attitude. I know he started his outfit up in the last couple of years and I’m reviewing him as guys like this are a pleasure to deal with, do what they say, are trustworthy and I support. Feel lucky to know him and will sent work his way. Hope my experience helps others make a decision.
