Ron Rogers from Pella was very professional and explained different options to get a door replaced. My door(entry to garage) had come off its hinges and was unusable. He just didn’t leave me with an estimate but screwed the hinges in with big screws as a temporary fix until I can get it replaced. Thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service. 👏

Justin Bogart has been the only person we have experienced in our home remodel to care about us and the products he sells. Thanks Justin, I hope more customer service people can be like you. And the warehouse guys estabar and Richard were so polite and helpful. I really appreciate pella and their staff! Also we love love our windows. It was worth the slightly higher price, I can tell they are a lifetime product. Not just for now!!!

Our job was total-house: 33 windows & 2 doors. And last week (installation) was HOT (heat index of 110+ every day!). It was not an easy or CHEAP project… but it was WORTH it! Review: SALES REP: Anthony was a superb representative of the company. He thoroughly explained our options and matched our budget concerns. (Cool computer graphics to match our color options in the design process). He visited the site during the installation process and helped correct a couple issues with professionalism and kindness. WORK CREW: BEYOND COMPARE!!!! We were blessed to be served by JOSE and FRANK (the “A-Team among A-Teams!!!”). Words I’d chose to describe this team: supreme expertise/efficiency, professionalism, hard work, attention to detail, practiced “choreography” (their teamwork was like watching a duet!), kindness: Examples: when they worked in a bedroom, they closed the door to minimize AC loss, they never took a break while a window or door was removed to minimize AC loss, they never left a scrap of debris, inside or out, at the end of the workday. Did I mention the heat index was over 110’+ EVERY DAY… yet they worked 8-9 hours each day to complete our large, tricky 2-story house (on a hill) in 5 days… AND maintained a genuine cheerful smile throughout the process!!!!!! If you hire Pella in San Antonio for your window replacement, ask for Anthony to present your options, and for installation, ask for the A-Team: Jose & Frank!!! (If they’re booked, they’re worth waiting for!!!) The photos of the 4 tall skinny windows are the before & after shots of our kitchen area. Opening our view from single-hung windows to large portrait windows changes everything! The final 2 photos showcase something new to us and GENIUS: Screens “on demand”! The screens on our windows (horizontal or vertical sliders) are accordion folded into the framework. When you open the window, they expand and keep out bugs. When you close, they fold back and give you only clear glass (no more spiders or cobwebs between glass & screen. And no more aging of that screen fabric in the sun!) zoom in to see with or without screen!

I highly recommend Pella. They have a great reputation and instill trust with everything they do. The prices are reasonable and they are very communicative. We had one window that had a crack and they repaired it without question pretty quickly after it was installed. I had minimal anxiety working with them and would use them again without hesitation
