New windows that defective stink bugs swarmed the window Rich came out and advised the window has to be closed. Really, how can we get outside air He became irrational, screaming when we questioned him We closed the window, no outside air. Stink bugs still found a way in . The molding and aluminum cuts around the window had gaps .Terrible experience.. I want my money back. He offered a full screen instead of a half screen on the sliding window. Unprofessional to say the least.

One of our windows would not close properly after cleaning. Tech returned our call and told us how to get window closed. He came out in a few days and fixed the problem.

They were able to match trim color when other window replacement companies couldn’t and they came to make a minor adjustment promptly when called. Very satisfied with installation and service.

Glen, Chuck, and CJ did a fantastic job on the instalation and capping of 13 windows we had replaced. The quality of the windows are also better than expected. The pricing of windows was also better than all other estimates we had. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking to have replacement windows installed in their home. This company made me feel important. Had someone throw a brick through the biggest window in my house. They had it made and installed within 4 weeks! Nice guys installed, Harry is courteous and gave a quote same day. The office is professional and easy going. Thanks guys! I feel safe in my home again. 🙂

The sales man Chuck was amazing, personable, attentive with incredible knowledge! The crew that did the work were amazing, they made sure they cleaned up the mess until it was spotless. The windows are incredible quality and were the best price around and the glass is guaranteed for life! They personally come to your house if you have any problems or need them to look at something! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
