I am so happy with my new windows. I got the rigth windows for my coop, Scott helped me with that important decision. The installers were amazing, they never stopped working. Denise, was always there for me, answered my questions, very knowledgeable and really cares. Before leaving the installers made sure I was a satisfied customer. Denise and the installers repeatedly told me to call with any questions or concerns, they want their customers to be happy with a rather big decision, and I am.

The windows they installed a few years ago still work perfectly and look brand new. The weatherproofing their installation team did on the exterior and the interior finish work is outstanding.

Very helpful and knowledgeable! Great crews. Scott, Jimmy and Denise all follow up and keep track of all facets of your job from ordering to installation to completion. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again. Plus they’re pleasant and professional in addition to being knowledgeable. Good people and good products 😊

Horrible service from start to finish (even thought job was never finished after 9 months). Everything was an issue- The estimators don’t know how to measure so when the products came they were the wrong size. Then the installers didn’t know how to remeasure so the wrong sizes were ordered again. The installation was so poor that I now have a draftier house that I did thousands of dollars ago. They also caused property damage and took weeks to get back to me. Truly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a business.

This is the worst experience ever. We placed an order in the beginning of January for windows and was guaranteed 3 weeks by Jimmy. It’s been 3 months and we still have not received them. We asked for a refund. We are so upset that they basically placed us in limbo. We were dragged on by Jimmy who said ‘they will be here by the end of the week’ or ‘I’ll give them a call’ every time we asked for updates. How can they sell windows if they cannot even reach the manufacturers. Not reliable at all. We do not recommend this place to anyone.

Reached out to them four times through emails and telephone messages. No response whatsoever. When I called they answered the phone as “yea” I’ inquired as to if this was Windows We Are and again the response was “yea” . I was put on hold for over 10 minutes when I finally hung up. In a way I am glad. They lost a $80,000 job. Buyer beware.

It’s a shame I have to write one of these on the holidays and I’m probably the one customer who caught these guys on a bad time. I was notified to be serviced sometime in September for an order I placed in July. They said they were too swamped with orders and that it was difficult to accommodate any sooner. In mid October, I received no update. I called 4 times in a matter of 2 weeks and the receptionist Diane assured me of a call back. Seems she wasn’t helpful in passing along the messages. Jason Periera was not much help either. I met him in person to tell him about the situation and he assured me Mark (their main guy) would call the next day. He didn’t. I called a week later and they were frustrated I was calling so much. 4 days after the fact, Mark finally calls back and gives an explanation of the order and said he’ll call me back with a quote. He never did. I just threw the towel in at this point. You have to stay on top of them. Diane, Jason, and Mark have to work on their professionalism. But then again, what do I know? I’m just one guy. Hope everyone else got good service from them.

Fantastic customer service from Jimmy! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Spent a lot of time with me ensuring that I got what I wanted within my budget. The other employees too are so friendly welcoming and helpful; seems like a very happy bunch..This is now my go to place for windows and doors and off course to see Jimmy’s big beautiful smile! :0)
