We hired them to do custom windows to replace all the old windows in our 1930 bungalow. The windows were great and they replaced two windows that were imperfect for free. We installed them ourselves and they worked with us to teach us how.

They do good work with installation and the windows and doors are good quality. Can’t give a five star because the install had some minor issues that they said they would come back and fix but after having tried for a little over a year to get an around date of when they might be able to come finish the job we still have not heard anything and it’s very tiring to try to get them to return phone calls. At this point I’ll probably call this a loss and a learning moment not to pay 100% up front and only pay 90% up front and the last 10% when the job is done.
