Our experience with Pella was awesome. Our Sales Rep, Larry Luft, was super. He listened to our description of what we wanted, explained the product, discussed options and did not try to sell us something we did not want. Larry is easy to talk to and was courteous and respectful. He went above and beyond by stopping by during installation to make sure everything was going okay. The installation went smoothly and the crew was great. They arrived with everything they needed and went right to work. They worked steadily and efficiently with minimal disruptions. They kept the worksite clean as they worked and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. There was a small problem with some incorrect hardware. It did not stop the installation and Pella Service is to follow up with the correct material. We expect that to go well also. One of the factors in our decision to make this purchase at this time was the availability of 12 month same as cash financing. Unfortunately, GreenSky, Pella’s finance company, approved us for only a fraction of the total price of the project. This didn’t stop the process as we chose another alternative. Upon review, we found that GreenSky uses Experian as their credit reporting agency. Apparently, our creditors do not report to Experian, therefore, our credit score at Experian is very low. Our credit score at the other credit reporting agencies is very high. This was disappointing. Is Pella losing business because of the finance company they use? Overall, our experience with Pella was great and we would highly recommend them. We will not hesitate to use them for any future projects.

Derek Worley took the time this week to listen to our needs for a new slider and windows in our home. He was very personable, arrived on time, and very attentive. He walked us through some options and provided a fair quote. He did not pressure me once during our meeting. I highly recommend him.

Pella window screens have tabs to help remove the screen, but are cheaply made! They ALL broke off at a touch and screens cannot be removed!!!!!!! tried several times to have Pella fix them, but they would replace them with the same tabs!!!!!!
