Maybe this will get someone’s attention… Had 13 windows installed the fall of last year. Initially that was great. Until we began experiencing issues with the windows. Initial contact about the problems was 1/32/24. Almost 3 months later and multiple calls assuring it would be fixed. Here we are. Windows still not fixed. No one calling to follow up. Only myself reaching out to make contact. Post installation customer service is lacking.

Fantastic replacement windows and in my opinion, absolutely the best window installation crew in Northwest Indiana!!! What an awesome job!!! We are incredibly happy with the result. Jackson Home Improvement, of Valparaiso completed installation of windows at our home in Schererville. We got a great price from them for 11 windows and a sliding glass patio door. The “Provia” Endure range is affordable, secure and Energy Star rated, they have a lifetime warranty, and they look fabulous. Did I mention how happy we are? Truly delighted! These windows turned out so nice! 😁😃😊 The four-man installation crew, led by Kyle, worked carefully and professionally both inside and outside our home. They were diligent about protecting our floors and interior. Even in extreme temperatures, 18 °F, they continued to work inside and out. Always courteous when talking with us and communicated well with each other while on site. It was such a pleasure to witness a professional crew at work, talented carpentry, and skilled workmanship. The job was completed in two and a half days. The small piece of interior trim that was missing from one window has been ordered from Provia and it will be brought to our house next week. I will definitely be giving this crew a Christmas gift when they come by the house to install that piece. From the moment we reached out to Jackson Home Improvement to book our estimate with Randy, through to the end of the job, we were pleased with the professionalism, the price, thoroughness, the non-pushy sales technique and most of all the prompt completion of the work. We highly recommend Jackson Home Improvement…….. if you are in need of windows, give them a call.

Multiple Windows and doors project turned out fantastic! Randy was great explaining and showing all available options. The crew that completed the project was great, timely, and thorough on everything. Highly recommended!!

I recently had Jackson’s Home Improvements install a new Front Entry Door. I could not be more pleased. The process was excellent & the finished door is just what I was hoping for! The Staff was professional, friendly & very helpful. I would definitely recommend Jackson’s Hime Improvement!!!

What a great experience. I had several companies out to bid our project of 13 Windows for this portion.Jackson was by far the most prepared – cost competitive and did the best job of explaining our options and why. Totally worth the time. Let’s talk install crew. 3 guys handled our project. They where professional and efficient, also answered any questions during the process. So far very happy with Jacksons and our new Provia windows.
