Winebrenner Construction 7 years agoA relative rented property from Mr. Winebrenner. The lease allowed Mr. Winebrenner to charge rent, even after death, for the remaining period of the lease. We talked to several area landlords. None do this. The lease also allows Mr. Winebrenner to decide what constitutes unreasonable damage. He made false assertions in order to keep a large part of the damage deposit.

The GRAVEL DOCTOR 5 months agoTyson did some gravel driveway work for us in 2018 and we were very happy with the results. Then in 2022 we asked for a quote to extend our driveway into a circle drive through our woods. When Tyson came out for the quote, we mentioned our other problem (one I didn’t know he could solve!)…. Our home sits in the woods and downhill from the road. We were experiencing large amounts of flooding and standing water against the front of our home. Tyson was able to brainstorm with us to solve this issue completely! He not only meticulously installed the circle drive, he also designed a drainage system across the front of our house that has kept our home dry through heavy rains and snow melts while our other neighbors have standing water. This was a huge project, including diverting 4 downspouts and installing 4 ground drains very close to our house! We are so grateful for a dry yard and home every time it rains! On a personal note, we were mid-project when the heavy rain storm July 5, 2022 (which caused wide-spread flooding in our area) was looming. We were out of town, but Tyson worked on a holiday weekend, in the rain to get the final drain pipes in and covered just in the knick of time! He literally worked up until the storm hit. Many many people in our area had flooding in their homes after that storm. I am certain that he saved our home from flooding that day. I highly recommend Tyson and the Gravel Doctor. If you are flexible on timeframe and willing to stay on top of it, he will do a high quality job. I appreciate that he was willing to make adjustments to the project as needed. He could see my vision and talk through possible options. He was always upfront with costs. Prices were fair. He is very efficient, careful, and skilled with his heavy machinery (even within inches of our house!) He did a fabulous job. Also, he is a hoot and all around nice guy. 🙂
