I hired this company in 2020 to replace a single window. It took over six months to get the window in stock (that was actually understandable because Covid was going on). They came out and did the work, and then I didn’t hear from them for over six months. Finally, they reach out asking about an inspection, as if it has been my responsibility all along to schedule that. So they schedule the inspection, and the installed window fails inspection. I then don’t hear from them for a full year. Finally, they schedule for someone to come out to fix the window so it will pass inspection. A worker comes out and makes several large holes in the drywall around the window, then leaves. Another six months of silence, then they reach out to say they are rescheduling the inspection, which the window now passes. Another six months of silence, and I finally have to reach out to them about fixing the holes they gouged in the drywall so they can pass inspection. They finally send someone out to do that, and I don’t hear from them again for 6 months. Then, they start aggressively calling me, sending emails, threatening a lein on my home, looking for an additional $800 dollars they said I still owed them for the window. FOUR YEARS TO GET ONE WINDOW INSTALLED, and no effort made to make the situation right. Do not hire these guys. Plenty of companies out there who won’t ghost you for six months to a year at a time.

Multiple issues from start to finish, or should I say unfinished. Top rack was measured Incorrectly, and is presently boarded over with plywood..I don’t know whose responsibility that was and had to be re-ordered from Columbia.The country of Columbia.Contract was Signed in February and we are in mid July and will be lucky to be done by the fall. We feel overpriced, mislead, underperformed and regretful.
