Karoly just installed two sets of new storm-resistant sliding glass doors at my house. Karoly is a gem of a contractor. They did everything great, and by the book: contracting, permits, inspections, etc. They gave me all the documents I needed to get HOA approval. They found the perfect doors for my house. They kept in touch regarding delivery dates. Then Andy and Ernesto from Karoly came and installed the new doors. These two gentlemen are consummate professionals. They were polite, friendly, efficient, and highly competent. They did a sterling job. I can’t recommend them highly enough. One usually encounters a range of quality in dealing with contractors. I can say with total confidence that I would trust Karoly with any job it is willing to do. I’m now seriously considering having the windows done in addition to the sliding doors that have been done so well. I’d give Karoly more than 5 stars if I could.

Update on the screen issue: Just received a call from Karoly windows and the screen is once again delayed with no ETA. Come on , really??? After posting this review, I recieved an email from the Karoly office stating that they are no longer willing to handle helping with the missing screen and I am to call the manufacturer. I called and spoke to the office manager Michaela and she basically told me that because I posted bad reviews they will no longer help with the missing screen and I am to seek help through the manufacturer. I advised Michaela that I was not happy and would make sure to tell my friends. She stated “I don’t care about your friends because we do over a million dollars a year and we don’t need your friends” WOW! Apparently if a person is not happy, they don’t care. All they want is five start reviews. Horrible from the time the windows were installed. Very very harsh. poor customer

Karoly Windows and Doors installed 16 windows and 1 French door in my house where I am conducting a total remodel. The quality of the windows and door is top notch. The installation was most professional. No residue or broken stucco to worry about. I highly recommend Karoly Windows and Doors. Give these folks a call if you are looking for impact windows in Tampa.

I read about Karoly Windows and Doors on Next Door. A neighbor had a very positive review. Brandon the Vice President, demonstrated the benefits of the windows, sliders, and door replacement. We felt good about the company and moved forward with signing a contract. There was a problem with getting the windows on time. There were some supply chain delays. However, Alejandra kept me up to date the entire time and I felt like she was doing her best to get the products to me. The installation was smooth, clean, and neat. Once, the inspection passed the installers came back out to complete the job. I cannot say enough good things about everyone. They treated us with so much respect. A good trustworthy company.

Karoly Windows and Doors was an amazing company to work with. They installed my sliding glass doors and everything went terrific. From Brandon (the VP) who did my in-home estimate to the office people to the installer – no hassle and everyone made it easy! Will recommend this company. Good job!

Do you want the best?? Karoly Windows and Doors is your answer…. I wanted my house upgraded with new energy efficient windows and impact doors. I’ve heard so many horror stories of poor work and inferior products that this expensive upgrade made me nervous about finding the right company to do the job. Everyone wants a “deal” but I wanted it done right and professionally. Home Run! Karoly Windows and Doors has the best products (Simonton windows) and installers. If your looking for a deal, not your company but if you want it done right at a fair price they did not disappoint. I highly recommend Karoly Windows and Doors.

I did my research before picking a company. Windows aren’t cheap. But Karoly Windows and Doors has some of the strongest hurricane impact windows around. Turns out their install team is awesome too. Go with these guys if you want quality and professional work.

I just want to commend the installers at Karoly Windows and Doors. They were so friendly and helpful. My Yorkie is an escape artist. But whenever the guys noticed Georgie trying to sneak out, they sounded the alarm. The impact doors they installed are wonderful too! Lol. Thanks, Karoly Windows and Doors I highly recommend it.

5 stars for the quality, value, workmanship, and customer service. My new windows are beautiful, and they cleaned up everything when they got done. Couldn’t ask for more.
