I called John to look at my window well liner thinking I needed to have it replaced. He responded very quickly and after evaluating it he said it was fine and did not need any repair work at all. He even, while he was here, used some of his own fill dirt to fill in around the window well, which was a huge courtesy in my opinion. He also was helpful in recommending a company that deals in covers. Thank you, John. Even though we did not need your services it certainly is evident that your business and you are the type of resource that exudes integrity. I would certainly consider John HIGHLY if you need this type of work.

The previous reviews of Window Well Replacement LLC accurately describe our experience with John and his associate, Hosea. John and Hosea are nice guys, good communication, punctual, their work ethic and workmanship excellent, left the work site as they found it except for the brand new shiny window wells. Could not have been more pleased with the experience. We highly recommend this small business.

Excellent experience with John. Very nice guy and very responsive to my call and in fact, came to the house just to give me options (replace or repair) at no cost. He thoughtfully explained why my well was rusting so badly and explained how he would ensure the same circumstances would not exist after his replacement. Decided on repair and w/in a week it was done. He and his team were very careful of the landscaping and when finished, other than the new window well, you couldn’t tell anything was done. Thought his price was an excellent value and would highly recommend.

John did an excellent job installing my new window well. The one installed with my new home 3 years ago rusted out really quickly. John came out and gave me a reasonable quote for a new window well and two covers. They cleaned everything up once the job was finished. It looks like no one even touched the window well. Thanks again John!

John checks all the boxes. He communicated with us really well. He is personable. Showed up on time and obviously knew what he was doing. Got the job done. He put a liner inside our old window well that was rusting out.. We couldn’t be happier with John and his work. His pricing was reasonable and his work excellent. John did a really nice job fixing our window well.When job was done they cleaned up. Good as before. He is one of three companies called and he said there was need to replace the window well it could be fixed. Saving us $1,000 of dollars. Thank John, nice to know there are still honest people in the world. Bless you.

We needed a window well replaced and John not only provided the best price but helped identify what type would work best and got the job done in a day. In addition to that, he was ion my neighborhood a month later, checked on the installation, and added fill dirt where the dirt had settled around the installation. Not too many companies go above and beyond like John does. I would absolutely recommend John.

I look around a bit before landing with this business and I need to share about this gem. John’s work is super high quality and professional (not to mention also being extremely well-priced), so I probably won’t need to hire him again any time soon, but take it from me – don’t go anywhere else for your window wells. My basement feels so much brighter and cleaner now. Thanks John!
