Doing business with My Window & Doors was an outstanding experience. I needed a replacement for a broken window (thank you bear!) that matched the other windows in the house. I was not able to find it at a home improvement store. I contacted the window manufacturer, and they sent me a list of local window dealers in my area. I called several retailers and they were very flaky and would not get back to me since it was only one window I needed. Finally found My Window & Doors, and My was so helpful and pleasant. She made sure I got the correct window, and kept me up to date throughout the order and shipping process. When I picked up my window, I noticed that they have an amazing showroom with all sorts of samples and design ideas. Planning to go back and select new interior doors for my house.

We ordered Milgard ultra windows and door, they were delivered quickly and look beautiful installed. My home looks newer and fresher. My window and door Solutions gave us a good deal and people service very nice and helpful. My neighbors also came here to order windows and doors and they were very happy, too.

Great team, very helpful and the customer care after purchase is awesome. Any trouble you have is well taken care of. I am a contractor and have bought all my window and doors here and will continue to do so. Can’t find customer service and prices like this anymore.

Very bad customer experience. Timeline: 1. Ordered 2 Simonton windows on 3/1/2022. Glass arrived in mid April. Didn’t pick up immediately. 2. When I pick them up in May, one of the glass is broken. Thus I waited for the new glass to be produced and delivered… 3. Fixed glass arrived in July, but I was told the other window was broken… I picked up both windows and they mentioned once the fixed glass delivered, they would come to my place to install fixed glass. 4. Then in September the glass was delivered. I want to call out during the process, I need to constantly follow up and push the process and the fixed glass got delayed for both times… I wrote many emails, made many phone calls and sometimes don’t get replied or answered 5. The worker came to my house to install the glass, but broke the glass during the installation… Yes, it’s the third time… 6. Then I need to wait for fixed glass to be reproduced and redelivered.. maybe due to the glass being broken for too many times, this time I waited for 4 months… The window producer outsourced warranty service to a third company who further outsourced glass installation service to the fourth company. And none of the companies are taking responsibility and glass got missed and reproduced during the process.. 5. Finally mid Feb 2023, someone came to my place and installed glass properly. During this process I directly work & coordinate with the outsourced companies myself by making a lot of phone calls and writing emails… Yes the end to end timeline is almost a year for just 2 windows but broken 3 times. I need to drive the resolution myself in the end and don’t feel they share great empathy with customers. Yes Simonton also need to take responsibilities due to horrible customer service. But they just keep blaming Simonton and not working hard to really help me. I want to call out, they are the ones broke window for three times and just use Simonton warranty service which is free. They didn’t really pay any compensation for the customer as a way to be responsible for the mistake they’ve made and inconvenience they have brought to their customers.

They were really helpful explaining and showing the blinds and explaining how they worked. When installing them they asked me if it was good and did an amazing job, I recommend it to my mother when she was remodeling her home, she wasn’t fluent in English but they were still great communicating because of their diverse employees and community they were still able to make it great installing the window, I recommend to anyone who plans remodeling home, in my personal opinion, it was a good price for a strong window. Hope this was helpful.
