Integrity Windows and Doors helped us install new doors in our home. From the beginning, communication was very easy and clear. Scheduling the initial in person consultation was quick as they came out to see our property within the day. They were very clear about our options even at the initial consultation, and they also had a showroom where we could see and try out the doors they offered. Integrity also had many examples of previous installations they could show us. We were already convinced upon meeting with them, but we were even happier with the clear communication even after we signed. They let us know the timeline and gave us updates as we got closer to the installation date. When it came time to the actual installation, their team was very professional and efficient the day of – getting it installed the same day. Integrity offers more services than any other door/window installer. They are able to create larger openings for your doors/windows, move electrical and will take care of your permitting needs. No other door/window installers offered all of these. Highly recommend going with Integrity for your door and window needs!

We had Integrity Windows install new windows in our 50 year old house in Los Gatos. We can’t be happier. We can’t believe the difference the new windows made in insulating against the heat and cold. We could feel the difference right away and could see if on our PG&E bill. We went with black framed window which updated the look of our house. We were lucky to have both owners, Albert and Lana, come out to measure our old windows and give us an estimate. Both were very nice and informative. My wife and I shopped around, and Integrity gave us a better quote on our Milgard Windows than the other four estimates we received. The installation crew was also great. They were clean, courteous, and on time. At the start of every day, they came to the door to greet us and let us know what areas they would be working on. At the end of every day, they did a full clean-up, asked if we had any questions, and said goodbye. Each of our new windows was larger than the original windows that they were replacing. The Integrity installation team did a fantastic job with our stucco and wood on the house. After everything was painted, you couldn’t tell that the windows were replaced. Everything looks perfect. Obviously, we highly recommend Integrity Windows. The service, price, installation team, and quality of the product couldn’t be better.

A++ Experience! Integrity Windows installed 9 new windows and a rear door at our house in Los Gatos. We went with Milgard Windows and could not be happier. The black framed windows give our house a cleaner/updated look, and we can immediately feel the difference of insulation the new windows give vs our old ones. The Integrity installation team were excellent! They always were on time, very clean and courteous. My wife is a frugal shopper and spent a full month investigating the quality and price of every window company in the valley. She is completely satisfied with our purchase from Integrity Windows. If you are looking for new windows, definitely check these guys out.

My front door and the frame need to be changed out. I emailed Integrity Windows and Doors with the type of door I wanted, they came back with suggestions and I picked one and scheduled for someone to come out and measure, and then install the door. This was all smooth and painless, and I will call them when it is time to replace my windows. I especially appreciate that they did not act shocked with the amount of dry rot on the door frame. That was very polite. Thanks!!

We just wrapped up the second phase of installation of a total 10 windows (including a sliding glass door) with Integrity Windows. We did the second phase a few years after the first phase because we were so pleased with the performance of the first set of windows/sliding door, especially when it comes to controlling indoor temperature. Everything happened exactly as stated by the sales staff. The work team was skilled, friendly, and kept the site livable during the installation. The stucco repair work around the window opening is an excellent match with the undisturbed stucco. If I ever needed more windows, this is the company I would call.

While the Milgard windows are good, and the first outsourced crew was good in that they at least seemed liked they cared about the job and my satisfaction. The second crew, the owner who came on-site, and admin staff were less than responsive. Even if one window was delayed and they said they would try to fit me in. The lack of consistent and accurate communication is the sole reason why my review shows only two stars. The second crew didn’t say more than three words to me during their eight hours on-site. They didn’t ask if I had any questions or even do a final walkthrough of the job. Nothing! That is unprofessional. No follow-up from the office. Nothing! I get the concept of a company who thinks a window transaction is one and done. But if that is the thinking, they don’t know their customer. What if I have more than one Bay Area house and one of the other house(s) needs windows? How about the basic curtesy of a follow-up call to see how the windows are and explain a bit about the warranty and how to process that if there are any issues? Nothing! IWD spoke volumes to me in their inability or unwillingness to communicate. You can find a Milgard dealer/installer elsewhere. Get references and do your best to validate how they communicate. Don’t listen to the sales person and what they say. IWD’s sales person will promise you the moon and then you will never hear back from him again! There is no customer advocate at IWD.

We needed to replace 2 windows and a sliding glass door due to water leakage. I knew ahead of time there was probably going to be some damage, however when Integrity Windows opened everything up it ended up being worse. The prior homeowner had cut corners when replacing the windows years ago, to put it mildly. Thankfully, Integrity had the knowledge and skillset to fix everything. Not only was the work within their wheelhouse (and it was a lot), the amount of time it took them to right all the damage was great. Initially it was supposed to take them 2 days, but it was only pushed out to three. They came every day and worked late until it was done. On top of that, they had to replace the stucco, which was amazing work. I had 3 other windows replaced last year by a different company, and the stucco work that was completed by Integrity was monumentally better. It matched the original stucco and it didn’t overlap the window frame. Overall, I was bummed about the increase in cost because we budgeted for less (the increase in cost was due to the extent of the damage), but the work that was done was great.

Great customer service. Employees have a lot of experience and gave us the best options for our windows. The crew showed up on time, and windows were done according to the plan. Great service and great materials. exceeded our expectations.
