I wrote a positive review last summer, and now that I have utility cost history, I’m thrilled. This May and record heat in June with humidity has cost me less this year than last year; this despite APS’s rate hike. So far my April, May, and June bills have been lower by approx 50.00 and I lowered temperatures in my home. No other change except installed beautiful double pane windows by Window World. Highly recommend!!

While I love our new windows, there’s been an issue with the caulk around all three windows in the front. The installers didn’t use caulk that dries clear. It looks sloppy. I called the company and they sent someone out to try to resolve the problem. He must’ve worked on it for over 3 hours. It still looked the same. They sent someone else and by this time, I felt like we should be the ones apologizing. He seemed irritated that the first guy didn’t fix it. He asked us why it was taking so long to get this fixed(like I had an answer) and that it shouldn’t have been so difficult. Well, I’m not the window expert and we certainly can’t afford over $10,000 for new windows, especially if they don’t look great.. Especially when I don’t love the way it looks. I wish this could have been resolved. Now what do we do?

Excellent service from start to finish! The salesperson, Kirk, explained the process and I even got the 11 windows for my manufactured home earlier than the expected 8-10 weeks. The explanations, pricing, time from order to obtaining windows was all explained and understood. I was impressed about the crew who installed the windows on June 24, 2024, Jose, Abel, Javier, and Lalo. They worked like clockwork and completed my window install in 3 hours. From entering the home, to installation, to clean up, I was impressed. They worked in tandem as a team should. I was going to read a book, instead I had to watch them as they went from window to window and be amazed on how professional and the excellent teamwork that was demonstrated. I love my new windows and would recommend Window World of Phoenix.

The installation was not as smooth as expected but they did remedy all the mistakes/gaps. Windows performed well on 115 degree days with reducing inside temps along with blackout blinds to 92-94.

Customer service and product quality is not the same as it used to be. We have been trying to get our window replaced for about two months and they continuously show up 2 hours after their four hour time window they give us. Not to mention, they show up to the wrong house, with the wrong product. I would’ve expected this to happen once, but 4 times with the same excuse is beyond me. The office does not seem to care or address the issue. I used to recommend them and speak highly of them, but I will no longer be recommending or using them for future window replacements.

I am not a customer, however, I was getting windows installed by one of their competitors and one of their guys, tall, salt & pepper hair, shows up at my house, walks through the backyard gate, inspecting, comes through my sun room into my living room. I thought he was with the window company. Says hi this is a window world job correct? I said no. He clearly knew it wasn’t as the trucks were in the front of my house with very big logos. He proceeds to say “Oh so sorry.” Laughs. Proceeds to say “I thought it was our job even though I saw the trucks outside that said another company. I should have a job nearby coming up soon. Oops. Guess I’ll leave” and proceeds to walk out. Like What in the world, was that? How do you just walk into someone’s home, uninvited and through the backyard no less?! Absolutely unacceptable. He was trespassing on private property. I didn’t get his name but I have him on Camera.
