My standards are high and I dislike pressure sales, dishonesty and poor customer service. I appreciate quality product and workmanship, efficiency, good communication, customer service and, of course, a good deal. The folks at The Window Source of Birmingham exceeded my expectations. Greg was my kind of sales person. Right off the bat he told me he could trot out the dog and pony show (props and demos and dancing bears), or he could leave the theatrics in his truck and just give me what I needed, answer all my questions and give me a fair quote. He lived up to his claim, telling me where and how the windows are made, how long it would take, my options for energy efficiency and the cost. No pressure. Just the facts, ma’am. Mike was the man who installed the windows. He was great. He worked quickly and with little fuss, dust or dings. He was also kinda cute the way he would periodically snag me for a short tutorial on what he was doing and why. He has tons of cred with all his years of experience. And he and his assistant, Major (great name!) were respectful of my property, cleaning up after themselves, and did I say fast? On top of that, Mike showed me how to operate the windows for cleaning, locking and ventilation. Oh yea – and if you are curious, I did some research before I invited three companies to send a representative to give me a bid. The Window Source quote was a shock – half the cost of the second lowest bidder! It sounded too good to be true, and I would have been skeptical if Greg hadn’t been so clear and direct. So far, it looks like the windows are of high quality. One last thing, I felt like I was a real person to these guys – not just a name, address and someone to send automated messages to. You won’t be sorry if you do business with The Window Source of Birmingham. Seriously. Tell them Marcia sent you.

Highly recommend! Very competitive on price. Installation went great! Only two days to replace 13 windows and repairs to window stools. Mike and his assistant were very professional and caring about their quality of work.

Other companies estimated 4 months to complete my project or they wouldn’t take my project at all. This company finished this very difficult job in just a couple of weeks at HALF the price that others quoted!
