Everyone, from Lauren on the phone and via email, to the guy who came out to measure and Ryan, who completed the work this past Monday went above and beyond their job descriptions to provide efficient, professional service to us. A pane in a window looking out on our beautiful view (the Seneca River/Erie Canal) had a broken seal and had to be replaced. What a great job Ryan did, and he took extra time to remove all the silicone gunk that “who knows” had applied to the inside and outside of the window, probably during installation 17 years ago. Anyway, we’re very pleased with their work and with the service. Highly recommend this company!!

After the inside panel of our glass door shattered, we reached out to Glass Doctor to get it replaced. Lauren responded the same day I reached out and made the process seamless and easy. She communicated updates to me along the way. Shon and Ryan did a great job replacing the glass as well as rescreening our patio door.
