Professional, experienced, courteous. The need: glass separated from the frame on one of my sliding door. The search: Found Elite Glass & Mirror with recent and consistent 5 star reviews The call: Reached out to Dalton on a Saturday and received a quick response; date/time set. Show time: Dalton showed up on time, and came prepared to work. He knew exactly what had to be repaired and how to do it, and quickly got to work. The result: glass is securely attached to the frame, sliding doors feel like they are gliding on air! Gone are the squeaky, heavy grinding noises. They feel better than when they were first installed! After observing how he worked, I asked about a possible second job replacing a small eyebrow window that had cracked. Dalton took a look and arranged to have his partner come and replace the window same day. The outcome: one very happy, satisfied customer! If you want to support a local small business with solid experience and great service, then call Dalton at Elite Glass & Mirror. Will definitely use his services again.
