Seydel Construction Group LLC 2 months agoWe found it difficult to get in touch with them to get a quote. Once they came out to the house, we received an astronomical quote from Seydel. It didn’t make sense for our 800 sq ft kitchen remodel and 2 bathroom remodel. We had no major issues with our house. We received another quote from a reputable company for a third the price (150k less than Seydel)! We were able to get the high quality materials we wanted (Coretec flooring, Prime Cabinetry, Signature Hardware fixtures, granite countertops and appliances from Kieffer’s). We felt they just didn’t want to do the job and priced us out.

Him and his team were respectful of my home, and protected all the areas with drop cloths and coverings. I can’t thank them all enough.

Brian is a great communicator, informative of build needs and schedules, and responsive to my questions and family schedules. He was very supportive through the entire process, from design choices and changes to material selection and vendor communications. The team members were always respectful in my home, creative problem solvers, and had astute attention to detail. I highly recommend Dailey Mfg for any home project.
