This company drove through my yard, leaving ruts, while they were installing a garage door for my neighbor. I have spoke to Kim twice about this and provided pictures and video of her employee/truck. She sent them to make repairs, which now looks worse. She has expressed no apology or taken ownership to the damage done to my yard. I would not recommend this company. I would rate zero stars, but that’s not an option with Google.

Wanted an electric opener installed on my commercial overhead door on my barn. They showed up EXACTLY on time and installed a direct unit that is amazing and I assure you they KNOW the meaning of customer service and are pleasant to talk with also They are the only ones I will use. Even if I had to wait they would be worth it.

The first company I called didn’t answer their phone, I ended up leaving a voicemail at 7:30 a.m. After 3 hours I decided to call Garage Door Systems in Yukon. The phone was answered on the second ring by a lovely woman who sounded upbeat and grateful for my call. After explaining my situation, she informed me that her tech was on another job that shouldn’t take long and that could be at my home inside an hour. The tech, Jeremy, showed up in 45 minutes and fixed my door in less than twenty minutes and only charged me $85. I will use Gare Door Systems from hear on for my overhead door needs.

Jeremy was our callout he was here around 8:30 and got done at 11. Super quick, friendly, and very professional. 10/10 recommended!! Thank you jeremy!

We had an unfortunate problem with a snake and they took care of everything!!! I begged to pay extra and Kim wouldn’t take it. They could have charged me $250. and I would have gladly paid it. The fee was only $85, and I live in Kingfisher! Very impressive customer service!!

Shout out to Garage Door Systems! My garage door spring broke late in the afternoon. The woman who answered the phone was so nice and helpful and they had someone out in less that 30 min! Their prices are very reasonable too!

One word: Integrity The owner came out and fixed the commercial garage door on my shop at my residence. He went above & beyond, fixing some things that were messed up with it before he came. He could have just said “it’s not my problem” but he didn’t. He treated it like his own house and made it right, without an extra charge. You don’t find that this day and age! I would definitely use this company again!
