My garage door spring broke and Joe’s Genie was able to come right out. The technician offered to lift the door to get my car out (I tried by myself – no way!) and then upgraded my one spring system to a much higher quality dual spring that was far more suited to my 16 foot door. He was super friendly and great to talk to and was even able to order and install weather seal which I had been meaning to get around to for years but never did! The new springs work great and the seal looks perfect! In a world where everything costs in the thousands, I was surprised when all the work was done for way less than one thousand!! I’m glad I was able to support a local business and have great service! I won’t hesitate to call Joe’s Genie next time I need anything for my garage door! Thanks for a great experience!

We recently had a issue with our old garage door opener and called Joe’s Genie. Shawn, the owner, was very accommodating about picking a day and time that worked for us. He arrived on time and was very courteous and had no problem accessing and fixing our problems. He replaced a couple parts and did some routine maintenance. So glad that he was able to fix and not have to replace the whole door opener. We forgot how smooth and quiet it could be! Joe’s Genie is definitely our go to place for any issues with our garage door. About 5 years ago he replaced our springs and did not disappoint then either! Shawn is local and knows his stuff! Called on a Saturday garage door off track wouldn’t go up or down said he would be here in an hour. More work than intended but got it fixed, door opens and closes better than brand new. Thank you

Shawn was very professional about his service.He replaced the tension spring rebooted another garage door opener and greased and lubed the screw drive on two openers. He did a very good job. I recommend him very professional about what he does. Years of experience.
