This is my second time using H&H Overhead Door of Oahu. The first time on of the springs on my old door snapped and they not only fixed the spring but were also able to help me with programing new remotes on an extremely old motor assembly. This time my motor burned out and I contacted H&H immediately since they provided such great service before. An estimator came out and looked at the motor and I discussed that I wanted to get a new door also. We scheduled to get the motor replaced almost immediately and scheduled to have the door replaced later. They came out as scheduled and the technician was very personable and explained what they would be done and answered my questions about the installation. The new door looks great, with the work area all cleaned up. I was provided some tips on maintaining the door and hardware, which is helpful. I recommend H&H Overhead doors for anyone needing good quality workmanship at a very reasonable price.

having issues with my garage door closing, and everyone in the company has been so polite and patient. had a technician respond quickly, and Brandon did a great job servicing the door. He throughly explained everything done, and was very polite, knowledgable, and professional. would call again, and highly recommend.

Service is exceptional. I called Thursday morning to report a noise when closing door. Piilani immediately set appointment for Friday at 2-4. Brandon arrived at 2:30 & immediately knew the problem; he replaced the rubber belt & now door opens & closes perfectly. Brandon is very professional & knowledgeable; he is an expert employee.
