We just had our spring snap in half. Kemp replaced it that same day. I’ve called expecting to schedule service, and they gave me advice on how to easily fix is myself. All around great service and pricing.

Had them out a long time ago (review below) and they did a great job. Now I’d like to get a tune-up but can’t get in touch with them. Left them two voice-mails and no call back. I was having issues with my door going up. Thought I might need a new opener. Nope, Kirk came and fixed it up. And also went the extra mile as my door was damaged, he fixed it. My door was an “odd ball” variety and he had to put some extra effort (and time) into it but didn’t charge me more. Great guy, great service! I’d recommend him for sure!

We had broken springs with two different houses. Kemp Garage door, was quick to come out (same day) and fix the issue so we could use the garage door. They are knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. I would definitely recommend their services!

Kirk was excellent very easy to work with, and very professional. Work was excellent, done well, and completely tidied up afterward. I wish their were more contractors like this.
