My garage door pulley cable snapped off last night. I left a message with KJ at night and received a message by 8am today. By 10;30am, I had their tech at my house and by 11am, the pulley was fixed. Excellent response time. I have used KJ before and will use them again.

Very professional service. They texted to say they were coming early to replace my garage door opener. They finished in less than an hour and used their own solid steel bar for the traveler instead of the kit provided four piece sectional bar (for no additional charge). They answered all my questions after the installation regarding integration with my second garage door opener. And the company was responsive to after sales support when I thought I had a problem with the install two days later when in fact it was user error. In summary, I would definitely recommend KJs for any garage door issues!

Highly rated on yelp and for good reason. Called them back in 2018 and called them again this time for dislocated cables on both sides. They fixed both sides in under an hour and even replaced a roller and hinge. The total amount came out to be less than what they originally quoted. I highly recommend giving them a call as your first option.

Knowledgeable Technician showed up on time and got right to work replacing the garage door springs. He explained everything he did and pointed out some other issues that might need attention in the future. No upselling. Price was reasonable and exactly as quoted. I would definitely recommend them for anything related to your garage door!

Great Service! The techs, Sukie & Dru, immediately recognized the issue. They replaced the broken springs, repaired joint screws, and raised the garage controller box all under one hour! The guys have good sense of humor, worked diligently, cleaned after themselves… The price is reasonable. I’d recommend KJ’s Garage to family and friends!

The most knowledgeable and best executed garage door people I have ever dealt with. My 25 year old garage door works better than ever after their skilled efforts. However, they are not cheap. $400 was double what I expected.

The staff and repair person from this company were great. Communication was outstanding. Recieved text messages before appt. On time. Quick repair. Dru (repairman) was exceptional. Very honest and straight forward. Please give them a try. You will not be disappointed.

Would highly recommend KJ Garage Door Repair!!! They promptly replied to my garage door issue and were onsite the same day for a very reasonable price. Drew was easy to talk to, friendly and very knowledgeable about the craft. He knew the quality of my door and explained key issues that homeowners typically run into and what to do for maintenance. He did way more than expected to align my door even though that wasn’t the original issue. Don’t hesitate to call them if you have a garage door issue you wont be disappointed!
