Needed an arch angle round top storm door it was installed today. It looks great! This company is very easy to work with Tom came out with what was available there was no sales pressure. Rob came out today and installed it he was very polite and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

I’ve gone to Pittsburgh Window and Door for several issues with doors, mechanisms, and locks. They are knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and kind. I highly recommend them for anything window and door related.

Just got a whole house of windows installed. Tom Jones was the most straightforward and honest of all the salespeople I had in my home. He was also the most respectful of my time and home, by a significant margin. The crew who installed my windows was incredible. They were polite, capable, and asked us our preferences at every step of the install process. It was such a refreshing experience compared to what I have come to expect today. I can’t say enough positive about the experience and I also love the product.

Honest people, great products and great service – I’ve purchased a number of door and window products over the years from Tom at Pittsburgh Window & Door. Tom and team offer quality products at a fair price. They show up on time and they provide craftsman like installation. When I need windows and doors, I only call Pittsburgh Window and Door. I can’t say enough good things about them.

We purchased 12+ windows and a storm door. The installation was fine. However, the post-installation service is terrible. We had to remove a screen for an ac unit. We are unable to reinstall it. I have called Pgh W&D several times and have been told that they are too busy with installation. I was told they would have someone stop by if they were in my neighborhood. Once, I received an email/text 10-15 minutes before they wanted to stop by. Guess what, I wasn’t home. Another time, they scheduled a day and time for help; the appointed time came and went. When I called, I was told the person was sick that day. They have never reached out to reschedule or responded to my calls. The remaining windows in my house will NOT be Pgh W&D.

A lady from work recommended Pittsburgh Window & Door and I am very pleased with the entire experience. I called on a Saturday and set a time for Tom to stop and look at my front door and screen doors. I asked for recommendations and Tom went through our options and the door/screen doors are beautiful. The quality workmanship and excellent installation make a world of difference. If you are looking for new doors, plan ahead and know that it is a process it may take a few months before the doors are installed. I highly recommend a Pittsburgh Window & Door.
