Dont use these guys for commercial doors, they don’t seem overly prepared to do the work they are slated for. If you are looking for cheap here ya go and that’s what you will get. Cheap locksmiths are not a place I’d invest considering a locked door is extremely important especially on commercial buildings.

I called Rochester Door Company to have them replace two storm doors on my property. Guy was very kind and professional with trying to find a solution that best worked for me and Blaine did an excellent job installing the doors and also fixing a door knob for me. I will be using them again in the future!

I hired Rochester Door Company to replace my storm door with a screen door. I knew exactly what I wanted and Sharon made sure I wasn’t disappointed. Both he and Guy were very easy to work with and were happy to answer all my questions. The service was very fast and the cost of the door and installation was reasonable. The quality far exceeded what I could have gotten at the big box stores. Installation was a breeze. Glenn and Pablo were polite,quick and efficient. They didn’t skip a beat when I had an issue with a small slit of light peaking through one edge of the door. The issue was remedied quickly to my satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again should the need arise.

I hired Rochester Door Company to assist in the selection and installation of new exterior doors for my Daughter’s & Son In Law’s 101 year old house. The process was flawless and the installation was done incredibly well. Sharon and Guy are extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend that if you need door replacements, contact Rochester Door Company and you will not be disappointed.

We recently hired Rochester Door Co. to replace the entrance door of our commercial building. From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with them, Sharon made sure our order was filled in a timely fashion, the installer did an awesome job, we are more than happy with their sales and service, I recommend this company for any repair or replacement needed for residential or commercial.

Sharon the owner is very transparent and follows up in a timely manner. I had his employee (Alban) do an install for a storm door and Alban was very professional, down-to-earth, and answered all my questions in a thoughtful manner. Alban did such a good job on the install that I requested him again the following week to install another door for me. When he came back for the second install he did everything to ensure the inside and outside of my home was left clean and he even cleaned the new doors and explained everything he did. Both Sharon and Alban are a pleasure to work with. They have high quality doors, good customer service, and are very knowledgeable about all features and aspects of doors.

Had an exterior door repaird and they did a great job, very timely and the finished work looks great. Definitely recommend them if you need a repair or upgrade.
