My Stanley double-garage door needed repair late Friday afternoon. I searched for local garage door repair companies in my area and “many” were fake websites which tied back to a central location, which refused to specify their location and were not considered trustworthy. I found JMHR Dock and Door. JMHR is family owned, is real and has a real location, and called me back immediately to schedule a non-emergency repair for Monday. JMHR personnel were courteous, professional, and quick in repairing my garage door. JMHR give me a very reasonable price for the repair. I highly recommend JMHR because they are trustworthy, responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. Thank you JMHR.

We were looking for a new garage door/opener, got several quotes, and went with JMHR. They were reasonably priced, didn’t charge us for a quote, and what made the difference for us was the responsive communication with Paul and a feeling of trust, which was lacking with a couple other quotes that felt more like just a “local pro” (someone who didn’t have a company reputation at stake). The installation process went smoothly and they left the job site nice and clean. When they were done, they were upfront about a slight gap in the corner that appeared to be due to a dip in the concrete and what I could do about it. They showed me how to change the passcode and made sure I was satisfied with the installation/operation of the new garage door. We are pleased with service we received and have no regrets.
