They came in removed all the furniture, carpeting, then brought in blowers, and dried everything out. After the new carpeting was installed, they returned and brought everything back into the room. Did a great job, really helped out during a stressful time of water damage. Was very happy with the workers.😁 Thank you.

Steamatic cleaned a couch, loveseat, oversize chair, ottoman, and pillows. They did a great job. The communication was good and the technician was friendly and seemed fairly knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself too. I do feel the price was high, but I’m happy with the service.

Drew was a very friendly technician. He introduced himself and went over what the order was with me. He explained that there was a couple of areas that he was not sure he could get out. I watched and he certainly tried hard to get those spots out. He did get two but we still have two that did not. But we were made aware before hand by Drew so it was not a shock. He was up front and honest about the job and procedure.Drew worked consistently without taking a break. I would highly recommend Drew for a technician.
