We had an unfortunate leak at our shower drain and called PuroClean. The demo process was great. The crew, Sione and Preston, was professional, friendly, and efficient. They explained the process and what they were doing to mitigate mold. They blocked off the bathroom where dust did not enter the bedroom or closet. They thoroughly cleaned the area up before leaving. Stone and Preston were fantastic.

Repairs been pending since Nov 2023. It’s now July 2024. Not done yet. Wrong material used. I had oak cabinets now they replaced with MDF. Not what we were told as we wanted the same material. The electrical work is terrible, lights now flicker and if you plug into the outlet the ceiling lights no longer work. The cabinets were done wrong and do not fit. They rushed and damaged a lot of surrounding material. Unresponsive to follow ups. They had a tradesmen out multiple times and days and that was unabke to replace trim that was the wrong trim and didn’t match. Finally I went to home depot and got the trim and finished that part myself. I have a quote from another repair company that will be over 3000$ to fix the work they did wrong. My insurance sends me weekly emails how they are still Unresponsive to our emails. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Run from puroclean as fast as possible. They said they would give me a tray to catch the water from my sink because their measurements were so off our faucets now leaks below our sink and is damaging the wood. Still dont have this magic tray mong you. They said that their fix is to demo the whole thing and reinstall. Why would I want the same terrible tradesmen that couldn’t get it right for over 8 months to demo and start the process again. Worst company and experience ever. Zero pride in their work and trade. They sent me an apology letter…sorry but after 8 months a chilis gift card can’t fix what you did wrong and the amount of frustrations and depreciated value to my home. They argue a d try to blame others and make up lies. I have a series of text messages of this and their lies and blame on others completely contradiction what they say by their project managers I will post to show their dishonesty

Preston, Sione and Dreden came out to work on an emergency leak, which led to most of my 2nd floor to be flooded. They were professional, and answered any questions I had. Couldn’t ask for a better service.
