Post by James Gerety : We had 1st Call come out to inspect our home after the most recent storm here in Tyler, Tx earlier in June. Tristan came to our home in the afternoon (as the afternoon on call guy) and did a great job walking us through the next steps and what the process would be like with insurance. We were then assigned to work with Santos who was our point of contact for demo & placement of all the machines to dry out the moisture. Both of these guys represented 1st Call very well. Very professional and very knowledgeable on how to help us win in every area possible with insurance. Thank y’all!

We had a pipe break in our house while we were at work and they took great care of us. Crisanto was who we worked with and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable and considerate. He checked in with us daily while we were going through the process. I would definitely recommend them.

Very happy with their service. They can in after after out water heater had busted and did a wonderful job advising us. They were very fast to arrive and did a wonderful job.
