Needing Southeast Restoration means you’ve had a traumatic event happen to your home. The process is tough but they take you step by step through it with empathy. We had some issues but our Project Manager Tyler Breeding really came through for us in the end. He made some tough choices and did what needed to be done for us. He was always just a text or call away and we felt like we mattered. Our home is BEAUTIFUL once again and we can put this chapter behind us.

From the very beginning, everyone has been upfront, personal, and prompt when it came to any information given. Including weekly updates and Nicholas was great to work with. Josh did a fantastic job putting everything back together. Any mishaps were fixed promptly. Looks great!

Everyone went above and beyond to help us and did a fantastic job. Both the project manager and the workers were professional and were kind to us and to my special needs child. My house looks even better than it did before the damage. You guys are the best!

South Eastern has been great and helpful with this process. Will highly recommend, Savannah over the phone has been very thorough, and with explaining things and helping me through the insurance part, Cliff seems to really care about his clients on helping them get things taken care of and Justin has been super thoughtful and asking how he can help and make things better. He also took me through my house showing me step by step what has been done. Engaging everyday in an update. This whole process has been a nightmare to say the least but it’s nice knowing this company is there to help. And has my back, I just hope the process continues to go smoothly. And they are still on my side through the uphill battle ❤️😊

We have been referred to Southeast Restoration by our home insurance. They got to work immediately. The project manager gave us an extensive explanation on what is going to happen. Their work ethic was impressive. For 7 days, they meticulously worked on damage mitigation due to water leak, wet and moldy areas behind drywall, under hardwood floor, saturated frame beams and all. Afterwards, we felt very satisfied knowing what was the damage and how it was addressed, exactly what was done, what is going to happen next. We already decided to hire the Southeast Restoration for the next step, restoring our house.
