Followed by a prompt and fair estimate from her, and then the great work that Sam and his team did performing the service. We have a second home in Central Oregon. We came to check on it. Unfortunately, we has a water leak. Called 2 other restoration company’s on a weekend but had such a long response time we tried another company. We called CODR. CODR came within an hour. Kept us updated and gave us referrals. I would use them again In A heartbeat.

CODR is the company you want to have doing this kind of work. They remediated mold from the attic areas in our duplexes and also helped assess why we had a mold problem. Ryan is a true professional and an excellent communicator (not always the case with contractors), and he made sure the job was done well and on time. The CODR crew was also very respectful of our tenants and their requests.

We had a mess (water leak, unknown extent of mold damage), and Central Oregon Disaster Restoration, Ryan Scheer, and the team got on it fast. They collected samples, evaluated the damage, and mitigated it. They took air and space samples for forensic analysis, sent them to the lab, and returned a great, detailed forensic lab report. They not only chemically mitigated the damage but also gave us forensic information that guides the restoration process for a better result. Ryan Scheer, the project lead, was exceptional in his role. He not only managed the technical aspects of the work but also effectively communicated with our restoration crew. His clear explanations and detailed information guided our team in making the right restoration and repair decisions, instilling confidence in the process.
