Best Company Ever! We had a house flooding and the day after I had a mini stroke. This company was amazing. I shared what had happened to me with Brandon, the rep assigned to me, and he texted, called, and made everything very easy for me, which I desperately needed. I lost ability to speak and think clearly, forgetting everything, and Brandon was incredibly attentive and patient. Explaining and reminding me of things 2 and even 3 times to ensure I understood the upcoming steps. He didn’t get bothered by my repeated calls, which I was very thankful for. Brandon made sure to come to our home at each step, which I don’t know if that’s required but I needed it due to my new health issues. He made sure to check and double check, but not overwhelm nor inundate me with info. Can’t remember exactly how long, I think just a few weeks, to get everything completed, but it was speedy and simple. Honestly, Brandon made this entire process so simple and effortless on my part. The people they sent to repair and replace flooring were quick and efficient. Upon final inspection, Brandon came to make sure everything had been completed to my standards. Through this process Brandon had made me feel so comfortable and had gone above and beyond with assistance, I felt like I had made a friend, opposed to a rep from restorative company. Brandon from Paul Davis truly showed how the perfect business model should run: business’ creating relationships, which generate loyal customers. Whenever we have any restoration repairs needing to be completed, we will be calling Paul Davis Restoration! Make sure to ask for Brandon!

A broken water pipe while no one was occupying our cabin caused tremendous damage. We really appreciated their thorough & detailed evaluation. Once decisions were made on the path forward their team of packers came and worked 2 long days and did an an excellent job. Their preparation paved the way for the next team — the movers. JD, Jeremy David & Dwayne worked diligently for over 8 hrs in 95 degree temps. Hard-working, a team spirit, very experienced, and even some problem solving is how I would describe them. Chris Franklin was an angel who rescue us during the fire. I thought he was a firemen. He was our first contact with Paul Davis. He started making everything better immediately. He came over with blankets and toothbrushes. Make sure he gets appreciated. He deserves it.

I’m having some extensive renovations due to water damage. Brandon has been great getting me through this confusing process. Jennifer and Jasmine were very efficient and friendly during the packing process. Today David, Jeremy and J.D. came to move everything for the new carpet. So far, everyone has been very friendly and quick during this stressful time. Carpet was laid this afternoon and I’m really pleased with it. Thanks Paul Davis Restoration

Paul Davis is the Master at doing too much at one time. When I say we did not lift a finger. We did not lift a finger. Carrie/Lori cleaned house and made sure our contents was safe. Even during the Xmas fire they were there with blankets, toothbrushes, and soap. Aaron was there to save the day. He introduced us to Michael Sullivan. If you get Michael you couldn’t get a better outcome. Our house looks so much nicer than it did before the fire and before I even purchased my home! You think its just one person doing everything, but it’s a village doing it all. They work hard and they want you to be happy. I feel sorry for them having to deal with people who are in distress, but then again… they make the nightmares into dreams. Thank you Michael Sullivan. THANK YOU.

Everyone was great and so nice. One bad trait that paul Davis has is telling there clients that they will get there deductible back when a neighbors fire is the reason that there property got damaged. We had to file on our home owners insurance and we was told as soon as paul Davis collected from neighbors insurance we would get our deductible back. Well that never happened and I am aware that paul Davis was in fact paid something from neighbors insurance. We was lied to but work side paul Davis is wonderful. When it comes to the cost side of things we feel like paul Davis is liable and should pay our deductible back since I know they collected something from neighbors insurance.

I recently experienced a water leak in the inlet pipe to the water heater that cause significant damage to my home. I had four different crews from Paul Davis work at my house from beginning to final completion. They were all professional and efficient. I could not be more pleased and satisfied with all the work they performed.
