When I had water damage, I called these folks for help. They arrived promptly, set up to dry, ensured that the drying was complete and left. They were supposed to do the repairs. I waited a couple of weeks and started calling, having to leave a message each time. I called four times and got exactly 0 calls back. If you just want drying, these folks can do the job. But if you also want to repair, look elsewhere.

We had a small water leak that we caught early, but I called these guys to see if they’d check it out just to make sure there was nothing else needed, they came out promptly, were very professional and told me that I’m all good. They did not even charge me for the visit. Next time I have an issue will call them again for sure.

I can offer an unreservedly positive recommendation for Restoration Experts, Inc. Shane worked effectively with my insurance company, providing thorough, well documented estimates for the full breadth of services required to completely restore water damaged areas in my home. The Project Manager, Andrew, clearly communicated and expertly negotiated schedules throughout the process to ensure that my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. Work crews performed thorough, meticulous work on time and within budget to mitigate water/mold damage, replace my entire roof, and paint walls and ceilings in several downstairs rooms as well as half the garage. Managers, supervisors and work crew members were efficient, professional, polite and responsive to requests, such as moving large furniture items, etc. On site supervisors identified materials inconsistent with bid specifications and arranged for replacement with upgraded shingles prior to beginning work. My new roof is gorgeous; the indoor and garage paint jobs make the rooms look almost brand new. My neighbors have requested referral information so they can contact Restoration Experts to do their roofs. I will definitely use this company again for future work in my own home.
