Two of your employees came to our home to inspect water damage. They were the most professional, concerned and comforting people I have ever dealt with. They explained everything before they did it. They even greeted us with a hello, which seems to be a no, no with most company employees we have dealt with of late. I don’t know their surnames but the female was Ennetta and the male was Jorian. If we must have further visits, please send the same two.

NO Stars to rate the local Fayetteville Servpro. Had a great response from the Remediation Team but three weeks later nothing happen. Was told after the mitigation team departs the finish team would come right behind and coordinate finishes to complete job. After multiple phone calls, emails and text messages to Servpro personnel requesting a visit/survey to validate work to be completed we got NO response. Finally three weeks later I get a call from Jason (operation mgr) saying we got your info and it’s ready for the adjuster. Of course we question how this was possible without ever visiting the site. It’s like magic!!! I would NOT Recommend this company to complete your total home restoration. The Remediation was great and response very fast but the final coordination/management was weak, lazy and slow. We subcontracted the finish work and totally satisfied with the results.

Malik Taylor was very forthcoming of the process. There were things I didn’t understand as a first time homeowner but he clarified each process. I’m not a fan of the mitigation but he assures me Servpro has me covered. Would recommend him for future jobs. Keep me in prayer while this process begins..

I came back for summer break to find my bedroom completely FLOODED! It was a total NIGHTMARE. It felt like you could fall through the floor into the crawl space! Servpro’s team came and restored my bedroom to the point where it feels more sturdy than before the flood! They also came the same day that I called! These guys are #1!
